Six questions a feasibility answer has to survive.

Rationale, Design, Cohort, Where & How, Commercial, Verdict — 30 named analyses across six pillars, each one cited to the public record it came from.

Six pillars compose into one go/no-go

The assessment

Every pillar answers one question — and shows its work.

A feasibility pack that cannot be checked is an opinion with formatting. Each pillar below states the analyses that actually run, what they need as input, and what they cannot tell you.

How they compose

One verdict, not six reports

The pillars are not independent scores bolted together. Cohort constrains Design; Design and Cohort constrain Where & How; Commercial decides whether the whole thing is worth doing; Verdict composes all five and names the risks that could still flip it.

Every number is cited

Each figure carries the source record and the snapshot it was read from, so it can be re-checked months later — by you, a partner, or a regulator.

A gap is reported as a gap

An analysis that could not run says so. It never reports a missing input as a measured zero, because a confident wrong number is worse than an honest blank.

A human signs it off

Seven expert roles draft from these pillars; a qualified human reviews and signs. The sign-off is a 21 CFR Part 11 e-signature on a hash-chained record.

Send us a protocol — or just a molecule and an indication. We'll return a fully cited feasibility assessment you can trace, line by line, back to public data — yours to defend in a bid, take to your board or investment committee, or hand to a regulator.
